  • Sweeps, mops, vacuums and performs basic janitorial procedures.
  • Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested. Fabric upholstered furnishings are to be vacuumed.
  • Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls.Maintain sanitization of restrooms. Empty and clean waste receptacles.
  • Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
  • Ability to use vacuum cleaner, basic equipment and knowledge for carpet care.
  • Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaningchemicals.
  • Cleans and restocks drink stations.
  • Cleans and restocks Bag in Box (BIB) rooms.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
  • Monitors and ensures the safety of guests, employees and tribal assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and tribal assets. Assists other departments when emergency conditions threaten or actually exist (Fire, weather, medical, etc) to assure the facility is protected.
  • Prepares reports based upon observations, information and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Assists in maintaining customer and employee confidence and safeguards the operations by maintaining confidentiality of all information they may be exposed to in the performance of their duties.
  • May be required to monitor the opening and closing of machines for routine repairs and maintenance to ensure the integrity of the machine is maintained.
  • May be required to provide escort for the transfer of monies at or within the facilities.
  • Interpreting and enforcing established guidelines in conjunction with operations in order to protect the assets of the Chickasaw Nation.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and tribal assets through observation and reporting of activities in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.

  • Complete daily check of bicycle checklist, ensuring the safety of the bicycle to be maintained by approved personnel.
  • Conduct patrol duties on foot, by car, and bicycle. Attend to any parking – lot incidents including but not limited to accidents occurring on facility grounds.
  • May be required to monitor the opening and closing of machines for routine repairs and maintenance to ensure the integrity of the machine is maintained.
  • May be required to provide escort for the transfer of monies within the facilities.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Will dispatch all facility personnel to include but not limited to Lighthorse Police, emergency medical, and local fire department as requested by the security or management team.
  • Contact Security Officers by radio of any alerts received through the casino based software system including top prize payouts, machine tilt, machine open, or patron requesting assistance.
  • Record all Security employee call-ins and submit to proper security management.
  • Will log all dispatch calls (incoming/outgoing) and or electronic alerts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Welcome and greet patrons into the gift shop.
  • Pick up and sign for cash bank to be used on assigned shift.
  • Answer basic questions and lead patrons to items of interest for sale in the gift shop and main facility. Order catalogue items not in stock for individual customers to meet guest needs.
  • Ring up purchase items on cash register, accept credit card or cash, and count out change when required.
  • Maintain purchase log of sales conducted on assigned shift to be given to Gift Shop Manager for inventory purposes.
  • Answer basic questions concerning services provided at a facility level and direct customers to appropriate area.
  • Count down credit card receipts, cash received, and balance cash drawer on assigned shift. Complete cash report for all cash denomination and credit card receipts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Operate a closed circuit television system to monitor gaming and money-handling activity to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Document and record any suspicious gaming activities to pass to supervisors for further investigation.
  • Maintain a proficient knowledge of all surveillance policies and procedures and a general knowledge of MICS/TICS and CNDC’s overall policies and procedures.
  • Update and review current list of barred and banned individuals ensuring strict compliance.
  • Prepare daily activity and incidents reports to establishing video evidence and perform frequent audits to protect the Chickasaw Nation’s employees and assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Serve non-alcoholic beverages to guests upon request. May deliver additional service items to guests such orders for food, cigarettes, and gift shop items in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain drink stations by stocking supplies, bagging ice, change and disposal of CO 2 canisters and syrup boxes as needed for customer beverage use; sweep and mop drink station floors; inspect and wipe/sanitize drink machines surfaces to ensure facility cleanliness.
  • Conduct minor preventative maintenance when possible and report additional needed repairs to Shift Supervisor to keep beverage machines in proper working order.
  • May assist in set up of concert venues as applicable to the facility for special events including arranging tables and/or chairs and maintaining an ample supply of food and beverage items for customers.
  • Provide coverage during coworkers’ breaks when needed to maintain department service levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Transport employees and/ or customers to and from the parking lot to designated stops at the facility.
  • Transport VIP guests via tribal vehicle to (including but not limited to) off-site hotels and city airport.
  • Complete a pre-trip inspection log, prior to operating any tribal shuttle bus or limo.  This includes checking for any previous exterior and interior damage, emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kits, etc), braking system (back alarms and emergency brakes etc.), vehicle safety (tire pressure, turn, signals, head and tail lights, etc.) and cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
