The health and safety of our patrons is our number one priority. We continue to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and public health advancements, and we have implemented operational procedures and protocols throughout our retail shops that you need to know before you make your next trip to Newcastle Casino.
Physical Distancing. Guest occupancy restrictions are in place for all retail shops, and guests are expected to follow occupancy limits. Guests are advised to practice physical distancing leaving six feet between themselves and people not traveling with them while standing in lines or while shopping. Additional physical distancing measures may include the relocation of products behind counters for employee retrieval rather than self-service, cashless payment systems or receipt-less transactions and other measures as appropriate for a specific retail shop.
Daily Operations. Hours of operation may vary to allow for additional cleaning procedures and protocols. Please see below for more information about our retail shop. Some retail shops may require gloves to be worn when handling merchandise.
Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocols. Enhanced cleaning procedures will be followed, including the use of electrostatic sprayers and EPA-certified chemicals during daily closures as well as more frequent manual disinfection processes with EPA-registered disinfectant on high-touch surfaces like door handles, workstations, railings, credit card machines, guest entrances and exits as well as other high-contact areas.

Drive-thru window will be operational and open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Guests must enter through the casino entrance as the exterior entrance will not be operational.
